How long have you been in business?

“My father, Will Goodman, founded the agency in 1977 and still works here today. I also have two awesome Customer Service reps that I wouldn’t be able to do my job without, Linda and Brenda have both been with the company long term.”

What makes your business different/stand out from your competitors?

“I would have to say that our quality insurance and excellent claim service make us stand out!”

What success have you seen with the 220 system?

“Using the 220 system has helped increase our lead generation and web presence immensely. The reason we started out with 220 was to improve both I just mentioned and we have gotten just that!”

Which feature of the system have you found most useful?

“All are important but I feel that the advanced marketing appointments have such a great value. My advanced marketing rep, Shane, has helped me get my name out onto the internet and produce the lead generation I’m looking for.”

Are there any community initiatives that you are involved with?

“I am involved with the local Farmer’s Market! Because it happens on the street that our agency is located at, I set up a booth every Saturday and inform my community about insurance policies.”

Are there any important milestones you recently achieved?

“My father and I built the agency from the ground up and worked hard to create the agency we have today. We’ve also been recently appointed local territory from Give Your Kid A Million Life Campaign.”

What do you do in your spare time?

“In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also like to go golfing!
